You will find success when you Balance good nutrition with an active lifestyle to control weight, make bones & muscles stronger and boost your overall physical, mental and social well-being.

Gentle Yoga will teach you how to bring awareness to your body through breathing, stretching, balance and strength movements. You will improve flexibility, reduce stress and calm your mind. This class is Great for beginners.
Monday's 6pm @ Eagle View Elementary
Tuesday's 6:15pm @ NP Gymnastics Center in Dance Studio
Yoga with Light Weights combines yoga poses with upper body toning. Low impact will improve your range of motion, flexibility and balance. Please bring a yoga mat. 2 & 3 pound weights are provided.
