Healthy lifestyle concept, eating clean food good health dietary in heart dish with sporty

Yoga Classes 

Gentle Yoga will teach you how to bring awareness to your body through breathing, stretching, balance and strength movements. You will improve flexibility, reduce stress and calm your mind. This class is Great for beginners.
Monday's 6pm @ Eagle View Elementary
Tuesday's 6:15pm @ NP Gymnastics Center in Dance Studio

Yoga Flow -this class incorporates movement through a series of yoga postures. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while exploring basic yoga poses. This class is geared to participants of all levels. 
Thursday's 6:15 AM @ NP Gymnastics Center in Dance Studio

Yoga Cardio & Strength is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with light weights and cardio.  
Tuesday's 5:15pm @ NP Gymnastics Center in Dance Studio
